Module 1

Discover the Root Cause of Your Pain

Created from the latest neuroscience you will receive the complete brain-in-pain training and learn how to create your personalized Pain Relief Plan. Also included is training on how to heal hidden emotions behind your pain, develop a plan to stop a flare-up and various mind-body tools for a pain-free life.

Module 3

Relaxation and Therapeutic Movement

As you develop new pain free pathways and release fear you’ll return to movement. We begin with gentle relaxation exercises and then therapeutic movement for whichever part of your body needs healing, including your back, knees, shoulders, hips and feet. This will help you regain pain-free mobility, and gain further relief.

Food as Medicine

Here you’ll begin the Healing Pain Diet by removing foods that cause chronic inflammation, while enjoying plenty of delicious anti-inflammatory foods that heal.
