Module 1
Discover the Root Cause of Your Pain
You’ll begin by taking 3 pain assessments. These three simple tools will provide you with easy to understand results so you know exactly which areas may be impacting your pain. The Brain-in-Pain training will introduce you to the most important concepts from the program, and help you find relief right away. Created from the latest neuroscience you will receive the complete brain-in-pain training and learn how to create your personalized Pain Relief Plan. Also included is training on how to heal hidden emotions behind your pain, develop a plan to stop a flare-up and various mind-body tools for a pain-free life.
