This is Joe Tatta, Physical Therapist, helping you to move towards better health. Today we are talking about lateral-medial epicondylitis, commonly referred to as Tennis Elbow or Golfer’s Elbow.
The challenge with medial – lateral epicondylitis is that the tendon heals either very poorly or heals very slowly. So the thing you want to do to strengthen that tendon is called Eccentric Strengthening.
